Effortless Hydraulic Seal Replacement
VEHIFOMO's 5-piece hydraulic seal installation tool kit provides a safe and efficient method for installing flexible rod seals and U-cups into hydraulic cylinders. This set includes three sizes of twistor tools, capable of handling seals from 0.87 inches upwards, and two versatile double-ended pick and hook tools. Crafted from high-quality, polished stainless steel with smooth edges, these tools significantly reduce the risk of damaging seals during installation, a common issue with sharp metal edges. The upgraded non-slip plastic handles ensure a secure grip and easy identification, making the process faster and saving your thumbs and time.
The kit is designed for wide application across automotive, marine, and industrial hydraulic cylinders, including those found in skid steers, loaders, and backhoes. By bending the seal into a 'kidney bean' or 'omega' shape, the twistor tool facilitates easier insertion into the cylinder groove. While a slight learning curve may be involved to perfect the seal shaping and retention on the tool, consistent practice leads to highly effective and handy usage. The package includes one small, one medium, and one large rod seal tool, plus two precision pick and hook tools, offering a comprehensive solution for various seal installation jobs.
For optimal use, ensure gland holes are within the specified size range to prevent tool damage. This hydraulic seal installation tool kit is recommended for machine installation and is not designed for repeated installation and use on the same seal. Imported for Indian customers, this set offers a durable and reliable solution for maintaining hydraulic systems, ensuring proper seal function and longevity. All customs duties and GST are included in the listed price, with delivery via ExpressBox tracked shipping, arriving within 12-14 days.
Engineered for Precision Hydraulic Maintenance
This VEHIFOMO tool set is specifically engineered to address the common challenge of installing hydraulic cylinder seals without causing damage. Unlike makeshift methods that risk tearing or deforming seals, the twistor tools precisely bend seals into the optimal shape for insertion. The polished stainless steel construction and smooth edges are crucial for protecting the integrity of U-cup and rod seals, ensuring they function correctly and prevent leaks. The inclusion of pick and hook tools adds versatility for retrieving small components or cleaning grooves. This imported tool set offers a professional solution for mechanics and technicians working on hydraulic systems, ensuring reliability and extending the life of cylinder components.
Ideal for Mechanics, Skip if...
This kit is perfect for mechanics, technicians, and DIY enthusiasts working on automotive, marine, or industrial hydraulic cylinders who need to replace rod or U-cup seals. It is particularly useful for skid steers, loaders, and backhoes. Skip this tool if you only work with very small, non-flexible seals or if your cylinders use seals that do not require bending for installation. Also, consider if you have extremely limited space where even the smallest twistor tool cannot maneuver. For basic O-ring replacement, simpler pick tools might suffice, but this set excels at the specific challenge of flexible rod seal installation.
