It is suitable for various acrylic paint brands used in model building and detailed art projects.
Compared to local alternatives that may offer basic thinning, Vallejo's specialized formula provides advanced control over paint consistency and drying time, crucial for achieving professional-grade results in intricate airbrushing tasks. Specialized Airbrush Formulation
Vallejo Airbrush Flow Improver is engineered for acrylic paints, specifically addressing the challenges of airbrush application. Unlike generic thinners, this USA-imported medium delays paint drying on the needle and enhances fluidity, preventing clogs and ensuring a smooth, professional finish. It allows for intricate detail work and consistent coverage, crucial for modelers and artists. The transparent formula maintains paint color integrity. This specialized medium is a key component for achieving high-precision airbrushing results, setting your work apart from standard applications.
Who It's For vs. Who Should Skip It
This flow improver is ideal for airbrush artists, scale modelers, and miniature painters who use acrylic paints and require enhanced fluidity and delayed drying. It's perfect for achieving smooth gradients, fine lines, and detailed work without constant clogging. Skip this product if you are using non-acrylic paints, or if you only need a basic thinner for large-scale coverage where precision is not critical. Those seeking a simple water-based thinner for general craft paints may find this specialized formula unnecessary.
