• Prepare Your Hair — For best results and to minimize snagging, ensure your hair is either tied back smoothly or, if very long, tucked into the cap as much as possible before putting it on.
• Position and Fit — Gently place the cap over your head, starting from the front hairline. Pull it down evenly over your head, ensuring it covers all your hair and sits comfortably around your ears and neck.
• Adjust for Comfort — Smooth out any wrinkles or air pockets to ensure a streamlined fit that reduces drag. The cap should feel secure but not uncomfortably tight, allowing for easy breathing and movement.
• Post-Swim Care — After swimming, rinse the cap thoroughly with cool, fresh water to remove chlorine and salt. Allow it to air dry completely away from direct sunlight or heat to maintain its material integrity.
