• Prepare the Surface — Clean the scratched or chipped area thoroughly with soap and water, then dry completely. Ensure the surface is free from dirt, wax, or grease for optimal adhesion.
• Mix the Paint — Shake the touch-up paint pen vigorously for at least 30 seconds to ensure the clear coat and internal agitator ball are well mixed. This prepares the liquid for smooth application.
• Apply the Clear Coat — Twist the end of the pen to dispense the clear coat. Apply a thin, even layer directly onto the scratch or chip using the built-in applicator brush. Avoid applying too much to prevent runs.
• Allow to Dry — Let the applied clear coat dry completely. Drying time can vary based on humidity and temperature, but typically takes 1-2 hours for a tack-free finish. Avoid touching or washing the area for at least 24 hours.
