Titebond III Ultimate Wood Glue 16 Oz. (12 Pack) | Strong Waterproof Adhesive for Woodworking

• Proven Type I Waterproof Performance: Passes ANSI/HPVA Type I water-resistance standards, making it ideal for outdoor woodworking, cutting boards, furniture, and projects exposed to weather conditions.
• Superior Strength & Strong Initial Tack: Advanced proprietary polymer formula delivers exceptional bonding power, fast grab, and a durable long-lasting hold on hardwoods, softwoods, and composites.
• Longer Open Assembly Time: Provides extended working time for complex glue-ups, larger assemblies, and precise alignment—perfect for professional woodworkers and DIY builders.
• Works in Lower Temperatures: Formulated for reliable performance in colder conditions with a low 45°F application threshold, ensuring consistent results year-round.
• Easy Water Cleanup & Interior/Exterior Use: Solvent-free, low-VOC, and cleans up with water; sands easily without softening and remains unaffected by finishes for a clean, professional result.

• Prepare Surfaces — Ensure wood surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or old glue. For best results, sand rough surfaces lightly and ensure a snug fit between pieces before applying.
• Apply Glue — Apply Titebond III evenly to one surface at a thickness of approximately 6-8 mil (1/64" to 1/12"). For porous woods, apply to both surfaces. Avoid excessive squeeze-out.
• Clamp and Cure — Assemble the pieces and clamp them together, applying sufficient pressure to ensure a tight bond. Allow at least 30-60 minutes for initial set, and 24 hours for full cure before stressing the joint.
• Clean Up — Wipe away excess glue squeeze-out with a damp cloth while the glue is still wet. Once cured, the glue sands easily without softening and remains unaffected by finishes.
