• Good to your skin: KT Tape products are hypoallergenic, rubber- and latex-free; Developed to reduce allergic reaction triggers; Safe for most skin-types, but we recommend testing a small piece if you’re prone to irritations

• Prepare Skin — Ensure the target area is clean, dry, and free of oils or lotions. Trim excess hair if necessary, as hair can interfere with adhesion. Do not apply tape to broken or irritated skin.
• Apply Tape — For precut strips, peel off the backing. Apply the tape with the desired stretch (refer to KT App for specific techniques). For maximum adhesion, avoid pre-stretching the tape itself for the first few inches. Ensure rounded corners are used to prevent snagging.
• Activate Adhesive — After application, gently rub the tape for 1-2 minutes. The heat generated from friction helps activate the adhesive, ensuring it bonds securely to the skin for long-lasting wear.
• Wear and Remove — The tape is designed to stay on for 4-7 days, even through showering and swimming. To remove, gently peel the tape back slowly in the direction of hair growth, or use a lubricant like baby oil to help dissolve the adhesive.
