SUNLU Nylon PA6-CF & PA12-CF are high-performance reinforced filaments designed for demanding 3D printing applications. Blending 80% PA nylon with 20% carbon fibers, these filaments offer exceptional stiffness, tensile strength, and heat resistance, making them perfect for functional prototypes, automotive parts, and high-temperature environments.
The PA6-CF variant boasts a heat deflection temperature of 209°C (408°F), enabling use in heat-exposed settings like machinery covers and engine components. The PA12-CF version features a heat-resistant spool, allowing drying at up to 230°F (110°C) for optimal performance. Both filaments resist oils, fuels, and chemicals, suitable for harsh chemical exposure in automotive and industrial contexts.
Compatible with most FDM 3D printers, SUNLU filaments come vacuum sealed with desiccants, ensuring dryness during transit. Use recommended settings: nozzle 270-280°C, bed 50-70°C, print speed 50-100mm/s, with glue for adhesion. Delivered in 4x1kg spools, suitable for hanging on standard FDM printers across India.
