• Select Your Media — Choose your preferred dry media like graphite, charcoal, or pastel, or prepare for light watercolor washes. The toned gray surface is designed to complement both light and dark applications.
• Sketch and Draw — Begin your artwork on the smooth, medium-textured surface. Utilize the mid-tone paper to create dynamic contrast by adding highlights and shadows effectively.
• Apply Light Washes (Optional) — If using watercolors, apply them lightly. The 80 lb paper can handle minimal water without significant buckling, but avoid heavy saturation to maintain paper integrity.
• Store Properly — Keep the wire-bound pad flat and store it in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and humidity, to preserve the paper's quality and prevent warping.
