Speedball Water Soluble Block Printing Ink offers a reliable, high-quality option for artists in India. Its formulation is designed for ease of use, quick drying, and excellent adhesion to various printmaking surfaces. Unlike some local alternatives that may have inconsistent viscosity or drying times, Speedball's improved "tack" ensures uniform ink transfer, resulting in crisp, detailed prints. This imported ink provides a trusted performance standard for both educational and professional printmaking endeavors, ensuring your artistic vision is realized with clarity and vibrancy.
Ideal for Block Printing, Not for Other Uses
This ink is specifically formulated for block printing techniques like linocut and woodblock printing on surfaces such as linoleum, wood, and flexible plates. It dries to a satin finish and is water-soluble for easy cleanup. It is not intended for use on fabric, screen printing, or as a tattoo ink. If you require ink for screen printing, look for Speedball's screen printing ink range. For fabric printing, specific fabric inks are recommended. This ink is best suited for paper and cardstock applications.
