Achieve Ultra-High Vacuum Seals
ShinEtsu HIVAC-G High Vacuum Silicone Grease is engineered for critical sealing applications where ultra-low volatile content is paramount. This compound, made from refined silicone fluid and silica powder, achieves exceptional vacuums up to 10-6 Torr. It provides tight seals for gaskets, sliding mechanisms, and high vacuum devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Imported from authorized US retailers, this grease offers a trusted solution for demanding scientific and industrial needs.
The formulation boasts excellent heat resistance, oxidative stability, and chemical stability, making it suitable for challenging environments. Its low volatility content minimizes outgassing, a critical factor in maintaining high vacuum conditions. This makes it an indispensable tool for laboratories, research facilities, and specialized industrial processes requiring precise vacuum integrity.
For Indian customers, this imported ShinEtsu grease provides a premium sealing solution not readily available locally. All customs duties and GST are included in the price, with delivery via ExpressBox tracked shipping. Ensure your sensitive equipment maintains its vacuum integrity with this high-performance sealing compound.
Precision Sealing for Critical Applications
ShinEtsu HIVAC-G silicone grease is specifically formulated for high vacuum environments, a requirement often unmet by standard industrial greases. Its base oil of refined silicone fluid and silica powder, combined with an intensive refining process to reduce volatile content, allows it to achieve vacuums of 10-6 Torr. This level of performance is essential for scientific research, semiconductor manufacturing, and specialized industrial equipment where even minor leaks can compromise results. Imported from authorized US retailers, it guarantees the authenticity and quality needed for these precision tasks.
Who It's For vs. Who Should Skip It
This high vacuum silicone grease is ideal for scientists, researchers, and industrial technicians working with vacuum chambers, pumps, seals, and sensitive electronic components. It's perfect for applications demanding ultra-low outgassing and extreme vacuum integrity. Those needing a general-purpose lubricant for household repairs or automotive applications where high vacuum is not a factor should consider less specialized, more cost-effective options. If your primary need is for high-temperature resistance without the vacuum requirement, other industrial greases might suffice.
Typical situations where ShinEtsu High Vacuum Silicone Grease HIVAC-G 100g (3.53 oz) | Ultra-Low Volatile Content for Vacuum Sealing helps — illustrative scenarios, not customer reviews.
A research lab in Bangalore needs to maintain a stable vacuum for sensitive experiments.
ShinEtsu HIVAC-G ensures ultra-tight seals up to 10-6 Torr, minimizing outgassing critical for precise vacuum conditions. This imported compound guarantees the reliability needed for scientific accuracy, unlike general-purpose greases.
An industrial facility in Chennai requires a sealing compound for high-vacuum pumps that can withstand operational heat.
This grease offers excellent heat resistance and chemical stability, maintaining seal integrity under demanding industrial conditions. Its low volatile content prevents contamination and ensures consistent pump performance, crucial for continuous operation.
