• Prepare Your Document — Ensure your document is clean and fits within the letter-size dimensions (up to 8.9 in. x 11.4 in.). Avoid sanitizing the pouch before lamination, and do not use acetone.
• Insert Document into Pouch — Carefully place your document inside the Scotch Thermal Laminating Pouch. Ensure it is centered and lies flat to prevent wrinkles or uneven sealing.
• Laminate with Machine — Feed the sealed edge of the pouch into a compatible Scotch Thermal Laminator. Allow the machine to heat up fully for optimal results. Guide the pouch smoothly through the machine.
• Cool and Trim (Optional) — Once laminated, allow the pouch to cool completely before handling. If needed, trim any excess pouch material around the edges, ensuring not to cut too close to the sealed document.
