• Prepare Your Shoe — Ensure the inside of your shoe is clean and dry. Remove any existing insoles if necessary. Wipe the shoe's interior to ensure the adhesive backing on the Dr. Scholl's insoles will adhere properly.
• Position the Insole — Peel off the plastic backing from the adhesive side of the insole. Carefully place the insole into the appropriate shoe, aligning the heel of the insole with the back of the shoe.
• Ensure Secure Fit — Press down firmly on the insole, especially around the heel and arch areas, to activate the adhesive and ensure it stays securely in place during wear. The 3/4 length design prevents toe crowding.
• Replace as Needed — For optimal comfort and support, it is recommended to replace the insoles after 6 months of use or at the first signs of wear and tear.
