• Ensure the inside of your shoe is clean and dry. Remove any existing insoles if necessary. Wipe the shoe's interior to ensure the adhesive backing on the Dr. Scholl's insoles will adhere properly. — Prepare Your Shoe
• Peel off the plastic backing from the adhesive side of the insole. Carefully place the insole into the appropriate shoe, aligning the heel of the insole with the back of the shoe. — Position the Insole
