• Improves the performance and reception of your shortwave radio
• The Sangean ANT-60 Portable Shortwave Antenna will improve the performance and reception of your Shortwave Antenna and will easily outperform its built-in telescopic antenna. Its antenna wire may be extended to a full 23 feet (7 meters) and when not in use it may be easily rewound into its case to fit neatly in your shirt pocket.
• The antenna is terminated with a 1/8” (3.5mm) Mini-Plug that can be connected directly into any Shortwave Radio with a 1/8” (3.5mm) External Antenna Jack.
• If you receiver does not have a 1/8” External jack nor has another type of jack, an adapter plug is provided that plugs into the terminated antenna plug at the end of the antenna and is clipped on the telescoping antenna on your radio. Ideally suited for today’s compact Shortwave Receivers, the Sangean ANT-60 is a must wherever and whenever you use your Shortwave Receiver.

• Unwind the Antenna Wire — Gently pull the 23-foot (7-meter) antenna wire out from the compact case until fully extended. Avoid sharp tugs to prevent damage.
• Connect to Your Radio — Plug the 1/8” (3.5mm) Mini-Plug directly into your shortwave radio's external antenna jack. If your radio lacks this, use the provided adapter to clip it onto the existing telescoping antenna.
• Position for Best Reception — Extend the wire away from the radio and any metal objects. For optimal results, position it near a window or in an open area, aiming for clear line-of-sight to broadcast towers.
