Why choose this product

Advanced Air Cell Technology for Superior Support

The Roho Mosaic utilizes interconnected 3-inch air cells, a technology designed for superior pressure distribution and personalized comfort. Unlike static foam cushions, this air-cell system dynamically adjusts to your body's contours, providing a more balanced and supportive seating surface. This imported design ensures you receive the same advanced comfort and therapeutic benefits trusted by users in the USA, helping to alleviate discomfort during prolonged sitting.

Ideal for Daily Use, But Consider Alternatives for Specific Needs

This cushion is excellent for general wheelchair users, office chairs, car seats, and travel, offering adjustable comfort and portability. However, individuals requiring highly specialized medical-grade pressure redistribution for severe skin integrity issues might need to consult with a healthcare professional for more advanced therapeutic surfaces. For those seeking a simpler, non-inflatable option, a high-density foam cushion could be considered, though it will lack the customizability of air cells.

How to use

Inflate the Cushion — Connect the included hand pump to the cushion's valve. Gently pump air into the cushion until it reaches your desired firmness. Avoid over-inflation; the air cells should adapt to your shape without feeling overly rigid.
Place and Adjust — Position the inflated cushion on your wheelchair, chair, or car seat. Ensure the non-slip bottom is facing down. Sit on the cushion and make any final firmness adjustments by adding or releasing a small amount of air.
Apply Removable Cover — Place the provided removable cover over the inflated cushion. Ensure it is fitted snugly. This cover is machine washable for easy cleaning and maintenance.
