• Easy to Use – The process is super easy to follow. Simply add dye to hot water with 1 tsp of liquid dish detergent and submerge whatever fabric you want dyed until your desired shade of that color is achieved.

• Components – Each kit includes an 8 oz. bottle of the color of your choice, as well as a pair of disposable Latex/Powder free plastic gloves to protect your skin from the dye.

• Prepare Your Fabric and Dye — Pre-wash your fabric to remove any finishes. Fill a container (like a stovetop pot or top-loading washing machine) with enough hot water to allow fabric to move freely. Add the 8 oz bottle of Rit Dye and 1 teaspoon of liquid dish detergent.
• Submerge and Dye — Wearing the included gloves, carefully submerge your fabric into the dye bath. Stir gently and continuously for at least 20-30 minutes, or until you achieve your desired shade. Ensure the fabric is fully saturated.
• Rinse and Wash — Once the color is achieved, remove the fabric and rinse it under cold running water until the water runs clear. Then, wash the item as usual with mild detergent and dry it. For best results, wash separately for the first few washes.
