• Remove the protective film from one side of the 40x80x0.25mm PTM7950 pad. Using the spatula or gloved finger, carefully place the pad onto the chip surface, ensuring it lies flat and covers the entire die area without wrinkles. — Apply the PTM7950 Pad
• Gently place the heatsink onto the pad, ensuring proper alignment. Secure the heatsink with screws, tightening them in a criss-cross pattern to ensure even pressure. Reassemble your device, power it on, and monitor component temperatures under load to confirm effective cooling. — Reassemble and Test
