What is the best way to use the Pro-Tec Athletics IT Band Compression Wrap for ITBS?

Apply the wrap just above your knee, positioning the EVA foam pad directly over the IT band on the outside of your thigh. Adjust the hook & loop closure for a snug, comfortable fit that provides targeted compression without restricting movement. This helps reduce irritation and pain.

Is the Pro-Tec Athletics IT Band Compression Wrap suitable for daily use in India's climate?

Yes, the 3mm neoprene material offers sustained support and comfort for daily wear. While it provides compression, it's designed to allow movement. For very humid conditions, ensure it's properly adjusted to avoid discomfort. It's ideal for managing knee strain during active days.

What are the benefits of using a compression wrap for ITBS?

Compression wraps like this one help manage Iliotibial Band Syndrome (ITBS) by applying targeted pressure to the IT band. This reduces friction and irritation on the outside of the knee, alleviating pain and allowing for greater comfort during physical activities and workouts.

Can seniors use the Pro-Tec Athletics IT Band Compression Wrap?

Yes, the Pro-Tec Athletics IT Band Compression Wrap is designed for unisex use and features an adjustable fit. Seniors experiencing knee pain or ITBS can benefit from the targeted compression and support it offers for daily activities and light exercise.

What is the difference between this IT Band wrap and a standard knee sleeve?
