How long does the Poo-Pourri scent last?

The Poo-Pourri scent is designed to prevent odors during use and dissipate shortly after. While the odor barrier is effective for the duration of your bathroom visit, the fragrance itself is not intended to linger for hours. The 1 Fl Oz bottle provides up to 70 uses, ensuring consistent odor prevention.

Is Poo-Pourri safe for use around pets and children?

Poo-Pourri is made with natural essential oils and contains no harsh chemicals, parabens, phthalates, aerosols, or formaldehyde, making it generally safe for use in households with pets and children. However, always use as directed and store out of reach of children.

Does Poo-Pourri eliminate odors or just mask them?

Poo-Pourri works by creating a barrier on the surface of the toilet water, trapping odors before they enter the air. It prevents smells from escaping rather than masking them with a stronger fragrance, offering a more effective odor control solution.

Can I use Poo-Pourri on fabrics or in other areas of the home?

Yes, the unique essential oil formula can be used beyond the bathroom. It's effective for combating strong odors in laundry hampers, nursery rooms, and trash bins, helping to keep your entire home smelling fresh.

What is the difference between Poo-Pourri and regular air fresheners?

Regular air fresheners often mask odors with strong perfumes. Poo-Pourri prevents odors at the source by creating a barrier on the toilet water, stopping smells before they spread. It uses natural essential oils and avoids harsh chemicals for a cleaner approach.
