Enhance Your Audio Clarity Instantly
Phinus 10 Pack Lapel Microphone Windscreen Foam Covers provide essential protection for your microphones. These black, high-density foam covers shield mics from dust, humidity, and saliva, extending their lifespan and maintaining hygiene. They effectively reduce wind interference, breath, and popping noises, crucial for clear audio in various settings. Imported from authorized US retailers, these windscreens ensure authentic quality for your recording needs.
Designed for microphones with a diameter up to 12mm (0.47 inches), these foam covers are suitable for lapel and headset microphones. They are ideal for teaching, speeches, stage performances, meetings, singing, live webcasting, interviews, field recordings, and conference calls. The soft, breathable, and durable foam material supports repeated use and is easy to wash and dry. Each pack contains 10 windscreens, ensuring you have replacements readily available.
The Phinus windscreens offer a cost-effective solution for improving audio quality. At 1,280 for a 10-pack, each windscreen costs 128 per cover and lasts through daily use. They are designed to reduce unwanted noises without significantly muffling sound. While local alternatives exist, these imported covers offer consistent quality and noise reduction for professional and personal use. All customs duties and GST are included in the listed price, with delivery via ExpressBox tracked shipping.
Crystal Clear Audio Protection
Phinus microphone windscreens are engineered to deliver pristine sound by filtering out unwanted noise. The high-density foam acts as a barrier against wind, breath, and saliva, preserving the microphone's lifespan and ensuring clear audio capture. Unlike basic covers, these are designed for optimal acoustic transparency, meaning you get superior noise reduction without sacrificing sound quality. Imported directly from authorized US retailers, these windscreens offer a reliable solution for professionals and enthusiasts seeking authentic performance.
Who It's For vs. Who Should Skip
These windscreens are perfect for podcasters, streamers, interviewers, singers, and anyone using lapel or headset microphones in noisy environments or outdoors. If you need to protect your microphone from saliva and dust during frequent use, these are an excellent choice. However, if your microphone head exceeds 12mm in diameter, or if you require a windscreen for very large shotgun microphones, these specific covers may not fit. For those situations, explore larger or specialized microphone windshields.
Typical situations where Phinus 10 Pack Lapel Microphone Windscreen Foam Covers 12mm Caliber | Noise Reduction for Headsets helps — illustrative scenarios, not customer reviews.
Recording a podcast or YouTube video indoors in a city like Delhi or Bangalore.
These Phinus foam windscreens reduce plosive sounds from 'p' and 'b' sounds and minimize breath noise, ensuring clear vocal recordings for your audience. The 10-pack provides ample supply for multiple microphones or long-term use.
Using a lapel mic for outdoor interviews or vlogging in windy conditions.
While primarily for indoor noise, these windscreens offer some wind noise reduction. For stronger outdoor protection, consider a furry windshield. However, for moderate breezes, they help minimize disruptive wind interference, keeping your audio usable.
