Peugeot Paris u’Select Salt and Pepper Mill Set 7in (17.9cm) | Precision Grinding for Flavor

• ICONIC MILLS — The chocolate-colored Paris mills enhance the flavors of the meals that you create. Precise and even grinding are the key words for this emblematic pair of mills by Peugeot. Engineered and manufactured in France
• U’SELECT SETTINGS — Our patented system helps you select your desired grind. Twist to create your precise balance of flavor through six settings, from extra fine to very coarse. The two-stage grinding mechanism first effortlessly cracks and then grinds the peppercorns and salt to the desired coarseness
• PRECISION GRIND — Through two centuries of experience, we have expertly engineered each mill and mechanism specifically for the consistency and shape of peppercorns and salt crystals. Make sure to fill each one with the correct spice for optimum use. We make the gear mechanism from stainless steel that is treated to prevent corrosion and rust
• ENHANCE FLAVOR — The classic mechanism brings out the depth of each seasoning. Salt makes vegetables tastier and balances other flavors. Finely ground pepper will bring out its spice, while a coarser grind intensifies the flavor. Find your Peugeot moment and enjoy the art of French living with our instruments of taste
• READY TO SEASON — Our salt mills come partially filled with Cristaux de sel blanc d'Allemagne, a dry white salt from Germany, and our pepper mills with Tan Hoi black pepper from Vietnam (refill cubes are available from Peugeot). Fill with peppercorns (max size ¼-inch/6mm) and dry salt only (max size ⅙-inch/4mm) — do not use sea salt
• CRAFTED BEECHWOOD — All our mills are made with PEFC-certified wood sourced from local sustainably managed forests and water-based paints. Each product is a marriage of ingenuity and elegance, designed so that the colors and curved lines give off exceptional charm in your home

• Fill the Mill — Unscrew the top knob. For the pepper mill, fill with dry whole peppercorns (max 5mm). For the salt mill, fill with dry coarse salt (max 4mm). Do not overfill.
• Select Grind Size — Turn the u’Select ring at the base of the mill. Rotate clockwise for finer grinds and counter-clockwise for coarser grinds, choosing from six settings.
• Grind Seasoning — Hold the mill body steady and turn the top section clockwise to grind. The selected grind will be dispensed consistently.
• Clean and Maintain — Wipe the wooden body with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid submerging in water. Do not use the salt mill for pepper or vice-versa.
