• Clean and dry all surfaces to be bonded. Remove any dirt, grease, oil, or old adhesive. Lightly roughen smooth surfaces with sandpaper for better adhesion. — Prepare Surfaces
• Dispense equal amounts of Part A and Part B onto a clean disposable surface. Mix thoroughly for 60 seconds until a uniform grey color is achieved. — Mix Epoxy Components
• Apply the mixed epoxy to one surface. Immediately join the parts and hold together for 4 minutes. No clamping is needed during this initial set time. — Apply and Assemble
• Allow the bond to cure fully for approximately 4 hours. Once cured, the epoxy can be drilled, sanded, threaded, or filed for a finished look. — Cure and Finish
