• Clean and dry all surfaces to be bonded. Remove any dirt, grease, oil, or old adhesive. For best results, lightly roughen surfaces with sandpaper or a wire brush. — Prepare Surfaces
• Twist off the cap and place the syringe on a flat, disposable surface. Dispense equal amounts of Part A and Part B onto the surface. Mix thoroughly for 60 seconds until a uniform dark grey color is achieved. — Mix Epoxy Components
• Apply the mixed epoxy immediately to one surface. Join the parts within 4 minutes. Hold firmly in place; no clamping is needed due to the fast-setting formula. — Apply and Assemble
• Allow the bond to cure for at least 4 hours before drilling, sanding, threading, or filing. Full strength is achieved after 24 hours. The bond is resistant to water and solvents. — Cure and Finish
