Targeted Lumbar Support for Spinal Alignment
The Original McKenzie Night Roll is engineered with specific lumbar support in mind, unlike generic bolsters. Its unique tapered ends and soft, body-molding foam ensure it stays in place, maintaining healthy spinal alignment whether you sleep on your side or back. This targeted approach helps alleviate discomfort and promotes restorative sleep, a crucial factor for overall well-being. Imported from authorized US retailers, it offers a reliable solution for those seeking consistent back support.
Ideal for Side Sleepers with Smaller Waists; Skip if You Need Full Back Support
This XS roll is perfect for individuals with waist sizes 24" or smaller who primarily sleep on their side or back and need focused lumbar support. If you require support for your entire back, need a brace for active lifting, or have a waist size significantly larger than 24", this specific roll may not provide adequate coverage or fit. Consider a full back brace or a larger lumbar support pillow for those needs.
