• Prepare and Position — Loosen all straps. Identify the finger tabs at the top of the brace. Grip both sides and pull the brace up your leg until it is centered over your knee, ensuring the kneecap is aligned in the front center.
• Secure Top Strap — Set your desired tension on the top strap. Pull it across the front of the brace to secure the hook tab end. Ensure it is snug but does not inhibit circulation or cause discomfort.
• Secure Bottom Strap — Repeat the process for the bottom strap. Set your desired tension and pull it across the front to secure. The correct positioning of both straps should form an 'X' shape at the back of your leg, above and below the knee.
• Final Check and Adjustment — During extended use, recheck the brace's position and strap tension. Proper alignment and stability are crucial for the brace's performance benefits. The straps automatically adjust to your leg's contours for comfortable compression.
