How long does the 'Oma - I Love you to the Moon and Back' design last on the mug?

The 'Oma - I Love you to the Moon and Back' design is applied using a permanent sublimation process, heated to over 500°F. This fuses the high-quality ink directly into the mug's surface, ensuring it will not fade, peel, or scratch over time, unlike vinyl decals or printed designs. This makes it a lasting keepsake.

How long does this insulated mug keep drinks hot or cold?

This mug features double-wall vacuum insulation, designed to maintain drink temperatures for extended periods. While specific retention times vary with ambient temperature and usage, it typically keeps beverages hot for several hours and cold for many hours, offering superior performance compared to non-insulated cups.

Can I put this mug in the dishwasher or microwave?

No, this mug is not recommended for dishwasher or microwave use. Hand washing with mild soap is advised to preserve the integrity of the sublimation print and the vacuum insulation. Using a dishwasher or microwave may damage the design and affect the mug's performance.

What is the capacity of the mug and is the lid leak-proof?

The mug holds up to 15 fluid ounces (approximately 443 ml) of liquid. It comes with a clear slider lid that allows for opening and closing, and has a hole suitable for a straw. While the slider lid helps prevent spills, it is not fully leak-proof, so care should be taken when carrying it with hot liquids.
