• Prepare for Measurement — Ensure the device is charged using the included Type-C cable. Sit quietly for 5 minutes, relax, and avoid eating, drinking, or exercising for 30 minutes prior. Ensure your wrist is free of clothing and jewelry.
• Position the Cuff — Wrap the adjustable cuff snugly around your left wrist, about 0.5-1 inch (1-2 cm) from the base of your palm. The display should face inward towards your body. Ensure the cuff is neither too tight nor too loose.
• Take the Reading — Press the START/STOP button. Hold your arm steady at heart level. The device will automatically inflate and measure your blood pressure and pulse rate in approximately 35 seconds. Listen for the voice broadcast or check the LED display.
• Record and Review — The reading will be automatically stored. Press the MEM button to review past readings for the current user. Use the SET button to switch between User 1 and User 2, or to adjust settings like voice volume.
