Will this OFFO shower arm fit my existing Indian bathroom plumbing connections?

This OFFO shower arm uses standard 1/2"-14 NPT male threads. While US plumbing typically uses NPT and Indian plumbing often uses BSP, they can generally be installed securely with standard PTFE thread sealant tape or a readily available 1/2-inch NPT-to-BSP brass adapter for a watertight seal.

Can I install this ceiling mount shower arm on a tiled bathroom wall?

Yes, installation on tiled walls is straightforward. Drill through the tile or grout line using a specialized masonry bit at low speed. Insert high-grade wall anchors and apply a bead of silicone around the mounting base for a secure, waterproof installation, ensuring the flange conceals the hole.

How do I ensure a good seal with my showerhead?

The OFFO shower arm features a widened sealing surface designed for close contact with the sprinkler's gasket. For most showerheads, this ensures a good water seal, often without needing extra thread seal tape, maintaining a clean look. Always ensure the included gasket is properly seated in your showerhead.

Is this shower arm suitable for hard water conditions in India?

Yes, the marine-grade 304 stainless steel construction provides excellent resistance to acid, alkali, and salt. This makes it highly suitable for hard water and hot spring water, preventing rust residue buildup that can block showerheads.
