• Use What The Pros Use: Thornell is a top provider of pet smell odor eliminator products to the veterinary industry in North America. This powerful K.O.E. pet odor exterminator is designed to remove offensive odors from cages, runs, kennels, floors, tables, walls, and other large areas.
• Tough on Odors: Use this pet odor remover to permanently and immediately remove odors in the first application, saving you time and money. This odor remover for house, clinics, groomers, and kennels penetrates to the source of the odor where other odor neutralizer sprays and concentrates only treat surface problems.
• Not an Enzyme, Not a Mask: Our dog and cat odor eliminator features a unique non-enzymatic formula that works regardless of what application you have used before. K.O.E. cat and dog odor remover concentrate works where other odor enzyme cleaner products haven’t and won’t.
• Easy to Use: Dilute KOE 4-8oz per gallon of water/cleaning solution for one time odor elimination or 1/4-1/2oz per gallon of water/cleaning solution for maintenance odor elimination. KOE must reach the source of the odor to eliminate the odor 100%. Saturate the area heavily so that KOE can reach the full source of the odor and let air dry. May be applied with a pump-up sprayer. If the odor persists, either the full source of the odor wasn’t reached, or a stronger dilution ratio is needed.
• Safe for Small Pets & Children: No need to fear, pets and children can safely be around areas treated with K.O.E. dog and cat pee odor eliminator immediately after use. Our kennel and home odor eliminator products are non-toxic, non-allergenic, biodegradable, and safe for use on any surface.

• Determine Dilution Ratio — For heavy odors, mix 4-8 oz of Odorcide KOE concentrate with 1 gallon of water or cleaning solution. For maintenance cleaning, use 1/4-1/2 oz per gallon.
• Apply to Odor Source — Saturate the affected area thoroughly with the diluted solution, ensuring it reaches the full source of the odor for complete elimination. A pump-up sprayer is recommended for large areas.
• Allow to Air Dry — Let the treated area air dry completely. Odorcide KOE works as it dries, permanently neutralizing odors without masking. Pets and children can safely be around the area immediately after application.
• Repeat if Necessary — If the odor persists, it may indicate the full source was not reached or a stronger dilution ratio is needed. Reapply following the same steps for optimal results.
