Elevate Your Art with Professional Mixing Tools
Nuanchu Glass Oil Paint Palette, measuring 34.8 cm x 24 cm (12.8 x 9.25 inches), provides artists in India with a premium, durable surface for mixing paints. This palette features a smooth, grey tempered glass for oil painting and a separate airtight acrylic palette designed to keep acrylics and gouache fresh, reducing waste. Its user-friendly design includes protective corner guards and softened edges for a safe and efficient workspace. Imported for discerning artists, this palette ensures accurate color mixing and easy cleanup, making it a valuable addition to any art studio.
The tempered glass surface is ideal for oil paints, offering a robust and non-porous mixing area that resists staining. For acrylics and gouache, the included airtight palette with a lid seals in moisture, extending paint usability and saving valuable pigments. Reviewers praise the ease of cleaning, with acrylics peeling off after soaking and oil paints removable with solvents or a scraper. This versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of mediums, from detailed work to larger projects.
Compared to local alternatives, this imported palette offers superior durability and a dedicated airtight system for acrylics, which is often lacking in basic trays. All customs duties and GST are included in the price, with delivery via ExpressBox tracked shipping. Experience professional-grade mixing and paint preservation for your artistic endeavors.
Professional Mixing Surface for All Mediums
Nuanchu's glass and airtight palettes offer artists a superior mixing experience. The tempered glass provides a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for oil paints, ensuring accurate color blending and easy cleanup. The separate airtight acrylic palette is designed to keep acrylics, gouache, and watercolors moist for extended periods, significantly reducing paint waste and saving money. This dual-functionality caters to diverse artistic needs, from detailed work to large-scale projects. Imported directly, this palette brings professional-grade tools to your Indian studio, enhancing your creative process with reliability and efficiency.
Who It's For vs. Who Should Skip It
This palette set is perfect for oil painters, acrylic artists, and watercolorists who value durability, ease of cleaning, and paint preservation. It's ideal for studio use, art classes, or travel due to its compact size and protective features. Artists working with a wide range of mediums will appreciate the versatility. However, if you primarily use very thick impasto oil techniques that require a deep palette well, or if you need a palette specifically designed for large-scale watercolor washes without an airtight component, you might consider a different specialized option. For most artists seeking a reliable, multi-medium mixing solution, this set is an excellent choice.
