Nordic Ware 14-Inch Square Pizza and Baking Stone with Stainless Steel Rack 3.34 kg (7.3 lb) | Oven & Grill Safe Cordierite

• Achieve brick oven-style crusts on pizza as well as breads at home
• Safe for grills and ovens up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, made of cordierite ceramic stone (a premium heat-safe material) with stainless steel rack
• Stone heats evenly and absorbs moisture; it also produces wonderfully crisp crusts on pizza, homemade breads, pastries and cookies
• Before first use, wipe stone clean with a damp cloth. After use, allow stone to cool to room temperature prior to submerging in water or thermal shock may occur. Soap and detergent should not be used on stone
• See product description for more details on use and care for the Deluxe Stone

• Preheat the Stone — Place the Nordic Ware pizza stone (with or without its rack) in your oven or grill. Preheat at 450°F (232°C) for a minimum of 15 minutes to ensure it reaches optimal temperature for baking.
• Prepare Your Pizza/Bread — For homemade dough, lightly dust the hot stone with cornmeal to prevent sticking. For frozen or pre-made pizzas, you can place them directly onto the hot stone without any preparation.
• Bake to Perfection — Place your pizza or bread onto the preheated stone. Bake according to your recipe or until the desired level of doneness and crust crispness is achieved. Always use oven mitts when handling the hot stone.
• Cool and Clean — Once baking is complete, carefully remove the stone using oven mitts. Allow it to cool completely to room temperature on a heat-safe surface before cleaning with water and a brush. Avoid soap and detergents.
