NEIKO 31227A Drywall Texture Sprayer with 1.2 Gallon Hopper Gun & 3 Nozzles | Professional Air-Powered Texture Gun

• DRYWALL TEXTURE SPRAYER: Use this texture hopper gun to spray textured finishes on drywall-covered walls. These texture guns are perfect for spray painting and staining on furniture such as cabinets.
• AIR POWERED TEXTURE GUN WITH LARGE CAPACITY: With a 1.2 Gallon (4.5 Liter) hopper cup included, this air spray gun uses an air compressor with a ¼” NPT (7 cfm air consumption) and has longer lasting capacity to continuously paint without interruption.
• HEAVY DUTY WITH EASY GRIP: The easy grip handle makes the spray gun comfortable to hold while the trigger has locking control on the metal handle for spraying a uniform coat to give you consistent texture on your projects.
• QUALITY PARTS FOR ALL APPLICATIONS: The replaceable solid brass air regulating components makes for a highly durable spray gun that lasts job after job for applications including knockdown, orange peel, popcorn and stucco texture spraying.
• THREE NOZZLES INCLUDED: The interchangeable 4 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm nozzles are for spraying liquids of different viscosity with a spray angle that allows for use on both walls and ceilings.

• Prepare Air Compressor and Material — Connect the NEIKO 31227A to your air compressor using a 1/4" NPT fitting, ensuring it supplies at least 7 CFM. Prepare your texture material (mud, stucco, etc.) according to its manufacturer's instructions, thinning if necessary to match the viscosity suitable for the chosen nozzle size.
• Fill Hopper and Attach Nozzle — Pour the prepared texture material into the 1.2-gallon hopper, filling it to the desired level but avoiding overfilling. Select and securely attach the appropriate nozzle (4mm, 6mm, or 8mm) based on your desired texture and material thickness.
• Test Spray and Apply Texture — Test the spray pattern and material flow on a scrap surface or inconspicuous area. Adjust air pressure on your compressor as needed. Hold the sprayer at a consistent distance from the wall or ceiling and use the trigger lock for steady, uniform passes to achieve your desired texture.
• Clean Sprayer Promptly — After use, immediately flush the hopper and spray gun with water or the appropriate solvent for your material to prevent clogging. Disassemble and clean all parts thoroughly to maintain the sprayer's performance and longevity for future projects.
