• Prepare for Application — Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the pad to ensure hygiene. Unwrap one Natracare Ultra Extra Pad with Wings.
• Position the Pad — Remove the backing paper from the pad's adhesive strip and the papers covering the wings. Place the pad in the crotch of your underwear, ensuring it is centered.
• Secure the Wings — Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear and secure them with the adhesive strips. This provides extra leak protection and keeps the pad in place.
• Dispose Properly — When it's time to change, carefully remove the used pad, wrap it securely, and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush pads down the toilet.
