How do I make the mermaid blanket glow in the dark?

To activate the glow-in-the-dark feature, expose the blanket to a bright light source for at least 15-30 minutes. The glow will then last for several hours, creating a magical ambiance for bedtime or dark rooms.

What is the best way to wash this kids throw blanket without losing softness?

Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water using mild detergent, then tumble dry on low heat or air dry to maintain the plush microfiber texture and prevent shedding. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, which can damage the fibers and reduce the glow effect.

Is this blanket heavy enough for cold winter nights?

This throw provides moderate lightweight warmth suitable for air-conditioned rooms or layering over regular bedding during cooler winter months. It is designed to be cozy without being overly heavy, making it comfortable for year-round use.

How to choose a blanket for a child in India?

For India's climate, a lightweight, breathable fleece throw like this one is ideal, especially for air-conditioned bedrooms. Ensure it's machine washable for easy care and features fun designs that appeal to children, like this mermaid narwhal theme.

Can I use this blanket daily?

Yes, this blanket is made from durable, high-quality polyester designed for daily use. Its skin-friendly material and easy-care instructions make it suitable for everyday snuggling, naps, and bedtime adventures.

Why choose this product

Enchanting Design Meets Cozy Comfort

This Blanket Buddies throw brings a unique, enchanting glow-in-the-dark mermaid and narwhal theme, transforming bedtime into a magical underwater adventure. Crafted from premium, lightweight polyester fleece, it offers superior softness and warmth without bulk, perfect for year-round comfort. Unlike generic blankets, its detailed design sparks imagination and joy, making it a cherished companion for children. Imported directly from authorized US retailers, it guarantees authentic quality and a delightful experience that local options often can't match.

Ideal for Young Dreamers, Not for Heavy Winter

This blanket is perfect for children aged 3-10 who love fantasy themes and enjoy a cozy, lightweight layer for naps, bedtime, or sofa snuggles. Its glow-in-the-dark feature is a hit for sparking imagination. However, it is a lightweight throw, not a heavy winter comforter. If you need extreme warmth for very cold climates without AC, consider a thicker, heavier blanket. It's also best suited for children who don't have sensitivities to polyester fabrics.

How to use

Activate Glow Feature — Expose the blanket to a bright light source for 15-30 minutes. This charges the glow-in-the-dark elements, preparing them to illuminate the room.
Enjoy Bedtime Comfort — Drape the blanket over your child for a cozy and warm experience during sleep or relaxation. The soft fleece provides comfort while the glow adds a magical touch.
Maintain Glow & Softness — Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid harsh detergents or fabric softeners to preserve both the glow effect and the plush texture.
