• SAFE FOR ANY FINISH: won't damage or mark cymbal finishes like homemade sizzlers can
• SPECS: 10 1/2" chain reaches the edge of a 22" cymbal; 1/2" washer opening fits all cymbal stands
• BIG PICTURE: Meinl has been family-owned in Germany since our founding in 1951; we work with long-term builder partners to deliver reliable instruments that sound great every time

• Prepare Your Cymbal — Ensure your cymbal is securely mounted on a stand with its felt in place. The sizzler is designed to work with standard cymbal setups.
• Attach the Sizzler — Place the stainless steel washer of the sizzler over the cymbal's center hole and felt. The 0.5-inch opening fits all standard cymbal stands.
• Position the Chain — Allow the 10.5-inch beaded chain to hang freely over the edge of the cymbal. Adjust its position to control the intensity and decay of the sizzle effect.
• Play and Experiment — Strike the cymbal with sticks or brushes to activate the sizzle. Experiment with different playing techniques and positions to achieve desired sonic textures.
