• MADE IN FRANCE: Ensures high standards for durability, performance, and hygiene for both commercial and residential use

• Season the Pan — Before first use, wash the pan with hot water and dry thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil (like flaxseed or vegetable oil) to the entire cooking surface. Heat the pan on the stovetop over medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes until it smokes, then let it cool. Wipe off excess oil.
• Cook Your Crêpes — Heat the seasoned pan over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter or oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of crêpe batter into the center and swirl the pan to spread it thinly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook the other side for 30-60 seconds.
• Clean and Maintain — After cooking, let the pan cool slightly. Clean with hot water and a stiff brush or scraper. Avoid soap, as it can remove the seasoning. Dry immediately and thoroughly. Apply a very thin coat of oil to the cooking surface before storing to prevent rust.
