• Sketch Your Design — Use the Lyra Graphite Crayon directly on paper to sketch your design or create initial shading. Apply varying pressure to achieve different tonal values, from light grey to deep black.
• Activate with Water — Dip a wet paintbrush into water and gently touch the tip of the graphite crayon. The pigment will dissolve, allowing you to pick up the graphite and apply it like watercolor.
• Create Watercolor Effects — Apply the dissolved graphite mixture to your paper to create washes, gradients, and painterly effects. Blend and layer as you would with traditional watercolors for a unique monochromatic look.
• Clean Up & Erasability — When dry, the graphite can be erased if needed, offering flexibility. Ensure the brush is cleaned thoroughly after use to maintain its condition for future projects.
