• Prepare Surfaces — Ensure all surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or old adhesive. For best results, lightly roughen smooth surfaces and ensure a snug fit between materials.
• Apply Adhesive — Cut the nozzle to create an opening of the desired bead size (approx. 1/4 inch). Apply a continuous bead of adhesive to one surface. For paneling, apply beads horizontally every 6-8 inches. For molding, apply beads along the back edges.
• Assemble and Secure — Press the surfaces together firmly within 20 minutes of application. For panels, use temporary nails or bracing to hold in place until the adhesive cures. For molding, hold firmly or use painter's tape.
• Cure and Clean — Allow the adhesive to cure fully for approximately 24 hours. Clean up any excess adhesive with water while it is still wet. Avoid exposing the bonded area to heavy stress or moisture until fully cured.
