• Prepare Surfaces — Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, and loose materials. For best adhesion, lightly roughen smooth surfaces like plastic or metal.
• Apply Adhesive — Cut the cartridge nozzle to desired bead size (approx. 3/8 inch). Apply a continuous bead to one surface. For foam board, apply beads spaced 1-2 inches apart.
• Join Surfaces & Clean — Press surfaces together firmly within 10-15 minutes of application. Hold or secure materials in place. Clean up any excess adhesive with water while wet.
• Cure & Finish — Allow adhesive to cure fully for 24 hours before exposing to water or temperature extremes. Avoid disturbing the bond during the initial curing period.
