LIBEROLL Heavy Duty Gate Caster 10.16 cm (4 Inches) Rubber Wheel | Spring Loaded Swivel Caster for Wooden Gates, 113 kg (250 LBS) Load Capacity

• Built-in spring: The unique built-in spring design not only prevents sand and stones from entering the spring and causing damage and scratches, but also reduces the impact of rain and sunlight on the spring, thereby extending the service life of the spring.
• Absorbing impact force: The extension length of the spring can reach 1.73 inches, which helps it effectively support the door body and evenly distribute the load on the door. At the same time, it enables the wheels to move smoothly on uneven ground. Please note that it cannot be used in some very deep holes or extremely uneven surfaces.
• Note: To prevent the door panel from becoming suspended when the door wheel encounters a concave surface, it is necessary to compress the spring of the door wheel in advance during installation. This way, when the door wheel moves onto the concave surface, it can ensure that the door wheel can support the door body.
• Stable structure: The sturdy structure is achieved by combining thick-gauge galvanized steel brackets with high-quality rubber wheels. This brake-equipped door wheel can perfectly support a door or fence weighing up to 250 pounds per wheel. The ball bearings in this door wheel allow you to easily adjust the direction of movement.
• Package contents: This package contains 1 spring-type door wheel, 2pcs 90mm*M8 bolts, 2pcs M8 nuts and 2pcs washers. Installation instructions can be found in the pictures.

• Prepare the Gate — Ensure the bottom of your wooden gate or fence is clear and suitable for mounting. Compress the spring of the gate caster in advance during installation to prevent the door panel from becoming suspended when encountering concave surfaces.
• Mount the Caster — Position the caster wheel at the desired height on the gate's bottom edge. Use the included M8 bolts, nuts, and washers to securely attach the universal mount plate to the gate, ensuring it is firmly fixed.
• Test Operation — Once installed, gently move the gate to test the caster's swivel action and load-bearing capability. Ensure the wheel rolls smoothly and the spring mechanism engages correctly to support the gate's weight.
