• Unscrew the pen barrel. If using a cartridge, firmly push it onto the nib unit until it pierces the seal. If using a converter, screw it into the nib unit and fill it with ink from a bottle. — Insert Ink Cartridge or Converter
• Place the cap on the back of the pen while writing to prevent drying. If the ink flow is slow on first use, gently tap the nib on a paper towel or hold the pen nib-down for a minute to prime. — Attach Cap and Prime Nib
