• Usage — The Variable ND filter allows you to shoot wide-aperture lenses in bright light without overexposing and shallow depth of field while under lighting conditions that exceed the shutter speed capabilities of the camera. A good partner for you to record movement in subjects such as waterfalls, vehicular traffic, seascapes, streams and clouds.
• ND 2 - ND 400 — 2X to 400X filter factor provides an exposure reduction of 1- 9 stops. You only need to carry one ND filter with you to get a variety of darkness levels.
• X Cross — Due to the design of the filters, as you approach the maximum ND setting, you can get a cross pattern across the image. This is remedied by dialing the ND setting back a bit.
• Multi Nano Coating — 16-Layer Nano Coating makes the filter anti-scratch, anti-fingerprints, anti-static, oil and water-resistant. The filter is constructed from high quality Japanese glass for increased optical clarity and color fidelity. Slim design with 0.28” aluminum frame helps minimize the potential for vignetting.
• How to choose the right thread? — Compatible across all lenses with 62mm lens thread. Please verify your camera's lens thread size based on “Ø” marking on lens barrel or underneath lens cap before purchasing. For this 62mm ND filter, the lens cap/hood should be 67mm.

• Mount the Filter — Screw the filter onto your lens with 62mm thread, set the ND to minimum, and focus your shot.
