Who Should Choose These Picks & Who Should Consider Alternatives
These .018 inch brass fingerpicks are ideal for guitarists, banjo players, and resonator musicians seeking a classic, warm tone and durable performance. They are particularly suited for players who prefer a slightly thinner gauge for articulate lead playing and comfortable strumming. If you have a sensitivity to brass or prefer a very heavy gauge for extreme down-picking, you might consider alternative materials like nylon or thicker steel picks. For those seeking a brighter, sharper attack, different materials might be more suitable. However, for a balanced, classic sound and long-lasting wear, these Jim Dunlop picks are an excellent choice.
