• Cut & Weed Your Design — Load your HTVRONT HTV vinyl into a cutting machine (Cricut, Silhouette). Set blade depth and pressure for vinyl. Cut your design with the shiny side (carrier sheet) down. Weed away excess vinyl using a hook tool, leaving only your desired design on the clear carrier.
• Apply Heat — Preheat your heat press or household iron to 150-160°C (305-320°F) with no steam. Place the weeded design onto your fabric (cotton, polyester, blend) with the carrier sheet facing up. Cover with the Teflon sheet. Press firmly for 10-15 seconds.
• Peel & Finalize — Peel the clear carrier sheet away while the vinyl is warm or hot (check product instructions for peel type). Ensure the vinyl is fully adhered. Wait 24 hours before the first wash. For best results, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low heat.
