The included vehicles and aircraft add further detail, replicating a full carrier deck complement.

Unmatched Detail for Serious Hobbyists
This Hobby Boss kit offers a level of detail and complexity rarely found in local hobby offerings. With over 600 pieces, including intricate photo-etch parts and a vast array of vehicles and aircraft, it provides a deeply engaging building process. The 1/700 scale ensures a substantial finished model, approximately 14.5 inches long, perfect for display. It's designed for adult hobbyists seeking an authentic and challenging project that stands out.
Ideal for Experienced Builders, Not for Beginners
This kit is best suited for adult hobbyists with prior experience in plastic model assembly, particularly those familiar with 1/700 scale watercraft or complex vehicle/aircraft sets. Builders should be comfortable with small parts, potentially requiring model cement, priming, and painting. Those new to model building or seeking a quick snap-fit project may find the part count and detail level overwhelming. For simpler builds, consider kits specifically labeled as beginner-friendly or snap-fit.
