Build Swimming Strength & Endurance Anywhere
Hikeen's 2-pack swimming training belts transform any pool into an 'endless pool' for stationary workouts. Designed for swimmers of all ages and proficiencies, these belts help improve overall health, increase strength, and build endurance through effective low-impact resistance training. The black, unisex-adult belts are imported from authorized US retailers and authorized brand partners, ensuring quality for your fitness journey.
Each belt features an adjustable waistband wrapped in comfortable neoprene, fitting up to 45 inches, and stays securely in place. The durable nylon construction offers good elasticity for a comfortable yet effective workout. Simply put on the belt, attach the 4M swim leash to a pole, and start swimming in place to enhance your technique and cardiovascular fitness.
For Indian swimmers seeking to maintain fitness at home or in local pools, these training belts offer a convenient solution. All customs duties and GST are included in the listed price, with delivery via ExpressBox tracked shipping. Enjoy a consistent training experience without needing a large lap pool.
Transform Your Pool into a Training Ground
Hikeen's swim training belts are engineered to provide a consistent resistance workout, mimicking the feel of swimming in a larger pool. Unlike basic flotation devices, these belts attach to a secure anchor point, allowing you to maintain a fixed position while focusing on your stroke mechanics and power output. The 4M tether offers ample room for natural movement. For Indian swimmers, this means achieving fitness goals even in smaller home pools or community facilities, with the assurance of quality materials designed to withstand regular use and chlorinated water.
Ideal for Fitness Swimmers, Not for Beginners
This swim training belt is best suited for individuals who already possess basic swimming skills and wish to enhance their endurance, strength, and technique through stationary resistance. It is highly effective for lap swimmers, triathletes, and fitness enthusiasts looking for a low-impact, high-intensity workout. However, it is not recommended for absolute beginners who are still learning to float or tread water, as it requires a stable swimming base. Swimmers with shoulder sensitivities should consult a professional before use, as the resistance can be significant.
