• Size XSmall fits newborn baby, Size Small fits elbow circumferences ranging from 4 to 6.5 inches ,Size Large fits elbow circumferences ranging from 6.5 to 8.5 inches.Size X-Large fits age over 5.
• Adjust the velcro straps to tight elbow stabilizer, it would not slips down off. Use as an arm restraint to prevent face or mouth touching after cleft palate repair surgery, for special needs children, to stop thumb sucking, or during IV therapy to prevent IV tubes from being pulled out.
• The Elbow Immobilizer is universal, it will fit on either the right or left hand. For best fit, have another person help you put on.Note:For best results, children should wear long sleeves before using this product.
• Made from a comfortable,cotton material that is soft against the skin.Hand wash,air dry.
• For those small children who know how to open the Velcro, they can take it off themselves when wearing only one so they are not prohibited their movement if they needed something urgently (washroom, eating etc). If you don't want the kids to take this off easily, wearing two is the best choice.

• Measure and Select Size — Measure your child's elbow circumference in inches. Select the Small size if it falls between 4 to 6.5 inches (10.16 to 16.51 cm). Ensure the child wears a long-sleeved garment underneath for added comfort and to prevent skin irritation.
• Apply the Immobilizer — Unfasten the hook-and-loop straps. Place the splint on the child's elbow, ensuring it fits comfortably. For the right or left arm, position the splint so the elbow is gently immobilized in a straight or slightly bent position as needed.
• Secure the Straps — Adjust the Velcro straps to achieve a snug but comfortable fit. The splint should not slip down but should not restrict circulation. If the child can easily remove it, consider using both splints or securing them more firmly.
• Care and Maintenance — Hand wash the splint only using mild soap and cool water. Close the Velcro closures before washing. Air dry completely. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this can damage the material and elasticity.
