Hartz UltraGuard Purple Flea & Tick Collar for Cats and Kittens | 7 Month Protection

• Fresh scented
• Kills and repels fleas and ticks for 7 months. Can be worn simultaneously with your cat's regular collar
• Water-resistant design won't cause loss of effectiveness if your favorite feline takes a stroll in the rain
• Features a breakaway, safety release snap
• For use on adult cats and kittens 12 weeks of age and older

• Activate and Prepare — Remove the collar from its package and unroll it. Gently stretch the collar to activate the insecticide generator within the material. Ensure you are ready to apply it immediately after activation.
• Fit the Collar — Place the activated collar around your cat's neck. Adjust it so it fits snugly but allows for two fingers to slide comfortably between the collar and the cat's neck. This allows for growth and movement.
• Secure and Trim — Buckle the collar in place. Leave approximately 2-3 inches of excess collar length for future adjustments and then carefully cut off and dispose of the extra material.
• Monitor and Replace — Monitor your cat for any signs of irritation, especially if the collar was applied too tightly. Replace the collar every 7 months for continuous protection against fleas and ticks.
