How do I choose the right size for HANDLANDY work gloves?

To find your best fit, measure the circumference of your palm across the knuckles (excluding the thumb) and the length from your wrist to the tip of your middle finger. For size X-Large, the palm width is approximately 11 cm (4.3 inches) and the glove length is 23 cm (9.1 inches). Refer to the product description for detailed measurements for Medium and Large sizes to ensure a comfortable, effective fit.

Are these HANDLANDY gloves suitable for handling chemicals?

These HANDLANDY work gloves are primarily designed for light-duty tasks and offer protection against minor splashes and general grime. They are not rated for heavy chemical resistance or prolonged immersion in hazardous substances. For tasks involving significant chemical exposure, it is recommended to use gloves specifically designed and certified for chemical protection, such as those made from nitrile or neoprene with appropriate EN 374 ratings.

Can I use these gloves with my smartphone or tablet?

Yes, these HANDLANDY work gloves feature touch screen compatible fingertips. This allows you to operate your smartphone, tablet, or other touch-enabled devices without needing to remove the gloves. This feature is particularly useful for tasks that require frequent interaction with digital devices, such as in warehouse inventory management or outdoor navigation.

How do HANDLANDY work gloves compare to local Indian brands?

HANDLANDY gloves offer a combination of synthetic leather palm, breathable spandex back, and foam padding for comfort and protection, often at a competitive price point when imported. While local brands may offer similar basic protection, HANDLANDY provides consistent quality and features like touchscreen compatibility, sourced directly from authorized US retailers. All customs duties and GST are pre-paid, ensuring a transparent landed cost for you.

What kind of protection do the foam padded knuckles and palm offer?

The foam padding on the knuckles and palm of these HANDLANDY gloves is designed to absorb shock and reduce vibration when using hand tools or during light impacts. This feature helps to protect the top of your hand and provides a more comfortable experience when working with tools that generate significant vibration, such as drills or sanders, for light-duty applications.

Who Should Choose These Gloves & Who Should Look Elsewhere

These gloves are ideal for individuals performing light-duty tasks like gardening, yard work, home improvement, warehouse logistics, or general DIY projects where hand protection and dexterity are needed. They are suitable for men and women seeking comfortable, breathable gloves with touchscreen capability. However, they are not designed for heavy-duty industrial applications, extreme chemical exposure, or tasks requiring high cut or heat resistance. If you need robust protection against sharp objects or high temperatures, consider specialized industrial-grade gloves.

How to use

Select the Correct Size — Measure your palm circumference and hand length. For X-Large, palm width is approx. 11 cm (4.3 inches) and length is 23 cm (9.1 inches). Ensure a snug but comfortable fit for optimal dexterity and protection.
Wear for Light-Duty Tasks — Use these gloves for gardening, yard work, home improvement, warehouse tasks, or when operating light hand tools. The synthetic leather palm provides grip, while foam padding protects against minor impacts and vibrations.
Operate Touchscreen Devices — Utilize the touchscreen-compatible fingertips to operate your smartphone, tablet, or other touch-enabled devices without removing the gloves, enhancing efficiency during your tasks.

How we compare

Feature	HANDLANDY Work Gloves	Others
Palm Material & Durability	Durable synthetic leather palm with reinforced stitching for light-duty tasks.	Varies by brand; some local options may use genuine leather but can be less flexible or breathable, or offer lower-grade synthetic leather.
Comfort & Breathability	Flexible, breathable spandex back keeps hands cool and dry.	Many local gloves may have less breathable backs, leading to sweat buildup in humid Indian climates.
Impact & Vibration Protection	Foam padding on palms and knuckles reduces shock and vibration.	Basic local gloves often lack dedicated foam padding for knuckles and palms, offering less protection against impacts.
Touchscreen Compatibility	Touchscreen fingertips allow device operation without removal.	Touchscreen functionality is uncommon in basic local work gloves; often requires removing gloves for device use.
