Transform Walks: Stop Pulling, Gain Control
The Halti Headcollar, Size 2 in Forest Green, is expertly designed by Dr. Roger Mugford to provide effective leash training for medium dogs. Its unique design gently guides your dog's head, encouraging them to follow, which significantly reduces pulling. This imported collar ensures you get an authentic training aid that has been trusted for over 40 years to solve leash pulling problems.
Crafted from strong yet lightweight nylon webbing, the Halti Headcollar prioritizes your dog's comfort. It features a padded neoprene nose band that won't interfere with panting, eating, or drinking. Reflective accents are integrated for better visibility during low-light walks, and a crucial safety link attaches to your dog's existing collar for added security and peace of mind during training sessions.
For optimal results, pair the Halti Headcollar with the Halti Training Leash. All customs duties and GST are included in the listed price, and your order is shipped via ExpressBox for reliable tracking. Experience controlled, enjoyable walks with your medium-sized companion.
The Science Behind Halti's Control
The Halti Headcollar's effectiveness stems from its principle: guide the head, and the body follows. Unlike choke or prong collars, it applies gentle pressure to the nose and head, redirecting forward motion without causing pain or discomfort. This method is humane and promotes positive reinforcement training. Its lightweight nylon construction and padded nose band ensure it's comfortable for extended wear, allowing your dog to eat, drink, and pant normally. The reflective accents enhance safety during evening or early morning walks, a crucial consideration in India's varied light conditions. This imported tool offers a proven solution for managing strong pullers, backed by decades of research and development.
Who Should Use Halti & Who Should Consider Alternatives
This headcollar is ideal for owners of medium-sized dogs who struggle with leash pulling, especially those with strong dogs that require significant control. It's suitable for dogs that respond well to gentle guidance and positive training methods. However, if your dog has neck or head sensitivity, or if you prefer a training method that doesn't involve guidance around the head, consult a professional trainer for alternative solutions like front-clip harnesses. It is not designed for dogs with severe behavioural issues that require specialized intervention.
