Grafix Dura-Lar Ultra Clear Film offers superior durability and clarity for your creative projects. This 20" x 50' roll is made from transparent polyester, providing the best features of Mylar and Acetate without tearing, moisture absorption, or discoloration. It's an excellent, safer alternative to glass for picture frames and artwork protection. This film is heat-resistant from -70℃ to 150℃, making it perfect for use with embossing and heat tools. Its glossy surface is suitable for various art mediums including alcohol inks, permanent markers, and rubber stamps. Reviewers appreciate its flexibility and ease of cutting for diverse applications like screen printing, stencils, and journaling.
Compared to local art papers, Grafix Dura-Lar provides a non-absorbent, reusable surface that won't degrade over time. It's ideal for artists seeking a professional-grade material for mixed media or protective overlays. Delivery is handled by ExpressBox, ensuring your order reaches you efficiently.
Professional Grade Polyester Film
Grafix Dura-Lar Ultra Clear Film is engineered for artists and crafters who demand quality and longevity. Unlike standard papers that can degrade or absorb moisture, this polyester film maintains its integrity and clarity over time. It's acid-free and archival, ensuring your creations are preserved. Its heat resistance opens up possibilities for mixed media techniques. Sourced from authorized US retailers, it guarantees authenticity and quality that stands apart from generic alternatives.
Ideal For Mixed Media Artists
This film is perfect for artists working with various mediums like alcohol inks, permanent markers, and even for creating stencils or protective overlays. It's not recommended for users seeking a paper-like texture or for those who require a material that absorbs liquid inks. If you need a rigid, non-absorbent surface for detailed work or durable art pieces, Grafix Dura-Lar is an excellent choice. For projects requiring a textured surface, consider a specialized art paper instead.
